Much more than an AGM, the Annual Gathering of Pulsers is like no other!

Fabulous venue with wide views of Tasman Bay and the snowy mountains beyond, nourishing food, lots of pulsing, useful professional development, good company, and lots of laughs. Wouldn't miss it for the world!” PJ

"In these uncertain times, taking time for ourselves is nourishing and balancing." BG

Our 2023 May Holistic Pulsing Gathering and AGM 12th -14th  May offers workshops for professional development and plenty of opportunities to share pulsing with peers of all skill levels, for relaxation and self growth. Everybody who has some Holistic Pulsing training is welcome, and we share laughter, good food and companionship. The Tasman Bay Villa, in Nelson is a central, warm and spacious venue, that we are guests at for the first time, after our fav venue of 10+ years grew too small for our gathering!

Exploring Fascia with Beth Beauchamp

Learn how fascia plays a role in every aspect of our body's functioning and health. Fascia offers structural support and integrity for our posture as well as our movements. But potentially more intriguing is fascia's role in communication in the body, physiological functioning and our body's quest for homeostasis.

Learn the benefits of myofascial release as a hands on approach which releases fascial restrictions creating space in the body and glide-ability between structures. Myofascial release is effective at reducing pain, realigning posture, releasing adhesions, improving joint function and so much more.

We will then dive into a deeply experiential exploration of working with fascia by unwinding it from the 'inside out' through a mind body technique I have created called MicroFascial Unwinding. We will place our hands on the body in different positions, engage our deep listening hands and intuition, and go on a curious journey of releasing holding patterns, compensation constructs, protective patterns and compression. We may also gain insights into how their mind, their beliefs and their life experiences are affecting their physical bodies.

Instructor: Beth Beauchamp is a passionate fascia educator and instructor and travels the country teaching hands on, energy and movement therapist about fascia and its role in everything we do. Beth has a medical massage degree from the United States and has been teaching her popular courses in New Zealand for last 12 years.

Sound Support Communication with Corinne Murray and Myffie James

Continuing on from last year’s sound experience playshop, we explore giving permission for both ourselves and our clients to allow sound into the session.

We learn to notice when sound may be present, we learn how to contact this sound and how to support the expression of the sound – no matter how weird, loud or raw the sound may be.

Verbal cues are often a source of anxiety for practitioners, so where better than to find freedom in expression with your peers, with love and laughter. Let your inner Tigger out to play!

Join us for some focused play and skill development.
