"Everyone was warm and welcoming and contributed to providing delicious and excellent food. The business side of the weekend only took a minimal amount of time, and was managed in ways that I found both interesting and great role modelling of process and care. Being able to experience pulsing with both lovely pulsers I knew from my past, and equally lovely new pulsers, was so rich and rewarding, as well as the heartfelt sharing and connecting that happened both in pulsing times and in 'the breaks'. The flow of the weekend felt very sensitively and well arranged, with time for integration, relaxing and learning, as well as achieving the AGM agenda. " AS 2023 HP Professional Development Gathering.

"The recent HP annual professional development workshops and associated gathering brings us all; those who have been in the 'field of pulsing' for many years, and those who are relatively new to the 'field', into a comfortable, warm and nurturing space. We enter into and are in, a 'pulse of belonging'; belonging to a supportive and caring loving group of beings. United by delicious food and mindfulness we share medicine that heals the heart." I would love to say how I felt welcomed by everyone as a total newbie to pulsing, and to a retreat experience. I only stayed for the day instead of the whole 3 days and I was received so warmly. Everyone was friendly and interested in showing me a variety of pulsing techniques, in fun and exploratory ways. It wasn't just about pulsing as you can imagine....St Arnaud offers spectacular walks and views within a relaxing environment. Everyone simply did what they were comfortable doing, whether it involved pulsing or simply having time for self. My one day opportunity at the retreat taught me a lot about myself, the easefulness of expressing how I feel and want to do within a group situation, and offered much leeway for personal choices. The shared food was devine too! Thank you ALL"  SMcC HP Guild St Arnaud Retreat 2023.
