How did I do? vs How was that for you?

In Holistic Pulsing, there are two areas of feedback that are important – client feedback that tells us how the experience is for the client ( how was that for you? ) and peer feedback which tells us how our skills as pulsers are ( how did I do? ). Both are useful, but the second one is more objective and gives us information on our techniques and skills that can help us to improve as a therapist.  This is a hands-on playshop where we will demonstrate and practice giving useful feedbackwhile pulsing.

There is an art to giving appropriate, balanced feedback so that this information can be heard and received by the therapist, then integrated with the intention of being able to offer more skilled experiences for future clients, and for self development.

"The HP professional development workshop offered participants a safe playground where experienced & inexperienced, took something away. For me, it was how incorporating the language-ing into the pulse can stimulate pulsees to reflect inwardly without going into their heads." RG
